Sooner...

So I haven't really done anything to get some pictures up here. I guess I'm not trying too hard. I started my base training last week. It seems to be going pretty good so far. Maybe is someone can ship my road shoes to my house I'll be able to get my road bike out here and kinda start prepping for the road season. I don't know how often I'll be doing these collegiate road races, or what category I'll be racing. Maybe B's, or who knows, maybe I'll have picked up some great road racing tactics or something and start racing A's. I really don't know.

Yesterday I went for a 2 hour mountain bike ride, took a shower, ate dinner, and then played basketball for 2.5 more hours. Now I'm going on a 3 hour ride in about an hour, I am going to be beat. I have to go get ready for that (translation: I need to play re4 before I go on my ride).

Don't miss the x-games, they start today with Boarder X, Snocross, and Snowboard Slopestyle. Should be a good afternoon. Maybe I'll save all my homework for tomorrow...

Soon

So I haven't figured out the whole camera thing yet, but one of my friends has almost the same thing and she'll be able to help me get them on the computer and on this site. I have lots of adventures with pictures from vacation that I want to share.

For the time being, I'm starting RE4 with just the handgun. Yes, that's right...just the handgun. It's going to be really hard and aggravating, but Jeremy is doing it too so it should be kinda fun. There are two parts where you will need the rifle though. I'm going to try not to first, but if it's really hard then I will have to use it. I'll keep you all posted on this adventure!

Updates

I'll have some good updates coming soon with pictures. I got my camera all set up and have been snapping away to keep the people that read this blog happy and entertained.

I got my bike yesterday and have it all set up, except for I didn't get enough brake housing to do the front brake. Oh well. I'll have a picture of the new Azure coming up, too.

At Home

My dad's had me working for him lately, doing slave laborish stuff I can't even speak about here. But the good part about working for my dad is that you never go hungry and you can always take the day off to go skiing, as long as he goes with you. Next week, we're heading up to Stowe for a couple of days and then I'm going skiing with my sister at Sunapee. I still think that Sunapee has the best tree skiing at any mountain around here, it's absolutely amazing after a good snow storm. We went to Killington and it was boring. We ran into Brian though, it was good to see him. My dad spotted him by his dreadlocks, what a catch!

I built a pretty sweet jump the other day, and fired up the snowmobiles today to pack a good run-in to it. Hopefully I'll be throwing switch 5's off that thing in no time. We just need a little more snow so that the landing has a bit more padding. I'll probably end up going to the WaWa tomorrow night with some friends. I here they have a mini park up (with jumps this time, wonderful) so that will definitely be fun. I should dial everything in there so that the next time I ski at my place I'll be ready to take a pretty good beating.

We have a team meeting on Sunday, for the Ironhorse New England U23 Developmet Team. Or at least I'm pretty sure that's what our original name is right now. The bikes are only two days away, so once I get it I'll be able to throw on those BB-7 mechanical disc brakes and Fr-5 levers, what a NICE setup! I think I'm gonna keep the 100mm travel Skareb Super on it, I've always wanted to try a 100mm travel fork. Also, I'm only going with the full suspension. After all, if Kabush only needs one bike then I only need one bike. I still haven't decided whether or not this bike is gonna have bar ends. I guess it all depends on whether or not I'm running riser bars, or whether or not someone hooks me up with a set (cough, cough, Colt I still haven't forgot about that broken one thanks to you).

One of the snowmobiles was running real bad today. Hopefully we can get that fixed so I can go drive around at neckbreaking speeds. I kinda miss the subtle things like that about being away. Not being able to rip around on a snowmobile or dirtbike or whenever I want, or just stuff that you can do around your house. I'm sure any college kid would understand.
